This was the Float Only match, which usually means a lower turn-out. But 18 anglers put away their feeder rods and did battle on a low river in warm sunshine. Winner, from peg 88 was Nick Bastock with an all chub catch of 12 Lbs 12 Ozs. Second from peg H1 was David Leary with 9 Lbs 4 Ozs and third from peg 78 was Ken Arnold with 4 Lbs 2 Ozs. This now means that Graham Jones leads the league with 41 points, Nick Bastock is second with 37 and Ken Arnold is third with 30.
